Radio France Internationale - Seoul began testing delivery by drone in the country's remote regions Wednesday, with the hope of improving residents' quality of life, the government said. The project, jointly launched by the interior and safety ministry and Korea Post, among other government agencies, aims to establish a "public drone delivery system" to serve the country's dispersed population.A test operation on Wednesday transported medical relief items from Dangjin, a city 80 kilometres southwest of Seoul, to two islands off South Korea's west coast. The same 20-minute journey would normally take delivery vessels two hours, the ministry said.Earlier this year, American delivery giant UPS launched the first authorised use of unmanned drones to transport packages to recipients. Seoul aims to open 10 drone delivery bases across the country by 2022.South Korea has more than 3,000 islands, of which some 480 are inhabited and where many residents have limited access to health care and other public services.

Deer Park City Council recently approved the annexation of 37 acres north of Texas 225 on Independence Parkway that is owned by Molto Properties, paving the way for the entrepreneurial industrial real estate firm to to construct a 410,000 square foot logistics warehouse, according to Debbie Westbeld, the city's economic development administrator. Molto petitioned the city late last year for annexation approval. The property previously housed a chemical plant that was shuttered over 20 years ago. Molto plans to start construction later this year, and the building should take 10 months to complete, Westbeld reported. Business Insider - Paul Shuen, a former surgeon and OB/GYN in Toronto, admitted to inducing labor in pregnant women without their consent in order to deliver their babies on weekends and to make more money. Shuen's actions not only denied women control over their own bodies and babies, but also put them and their children at risk for serious and potentially fatal health complications. Labor induction is only supposed to be used when the woman or her baby's health is at risk, and after doctors have conducted a special test. Risks of induced labor include a higher likelihood of cesarean delivery, a ruptured uterus, excessive vaginal bleeding, and a low fetal heart rate. Visit INSIDER's homepage for more. When Lindsay Bruer, a nurse at Toronto's North York General hospital, found small pieces of a white pill in a woman's vagina during a routine exam in 2016, she and another nurse, Karen Yu, became suspicious, Toronto Life reported last week. Democracy Now! - Ten candidates vying for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination took the stage in Detroit last night in the first of a two-night CNN-hosted debate. The evening was billed as the first showdown between the two leading progressives in the race?Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren?but the two agreed on all major issues and instead fended off criticisms from the more moderate candidates in the race. CNN anchor Jake Tapper asked Bernie Sanders to respond to former Congressmember John Delaney's assertion that Sanders's cornerstone healthcare proposal, Medicare for all, which seeks to offer free public healthcare for all Americans, was "bad policy." Sen. Bernie Sanders: "You're wrong. Right now we have a dysfunctional healthcare system?87 million uninsured or underinsured, $500,000?500,000 Americans every year going bankrupt because of medical bills, 30,000 people dying while the healthcare industry makes tens of billions of dollars in profit." Senator Elizabeth Warren,
